1、 Event Background

Green supply chain management, as an innovative environmental management approach, integrates concepts such as full lifecycle and extended producer responsibility into traditional supply chain management. It relies on the supply relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises, with core enterprises as the fulcrum, mainly through green supplier management, green procurement, and other work, playing the role of "point by line" and "line by surface", driving the entire supply chain to continuously improve green performance, Drive relevant enterprises in the supply chain to continuously improve their green development level.

China attaches great importance to green supply chain management, actively creates an institutional environment, and encourages industry leading enterprises to build green supply chains. A group of typical green supply chain management enterprises have emerged, contributing China's strength to the green transformation of global supply chains.

To guide more industry leading enterprises to build green supply chains, we launched the "Green Supply Chain Service Enterprise Tour" activity on the first National Ecological Day on August 15, 2023. Together with industry experts, we conducted enterprise diagnosis to help enterprises build and improve green supply chain management systems.

3、 Activity Objectives

Help enterprises improve their green supply chain management system, form a new model of collaborative green and low-carbon development for large, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain, and enhance the green resilience of participating enterprises in the supply chain. By 2025, it is planned to serve around 50 enterprises. 10 in 2023, 20 in 2024, and 20 in 2025.

5、 Event arrangement

（1） Soliciting interested enterprises.

（2） Understand the current status of the enterprise's green supply chain through phone calls, discussions, research, etc;

（3） Provide remote or face-to-face expert guidance to enterprises, propose improvement suggestions, and form a "one enterprise, one policy" solution;

（4） For typical enterprises, include them in the "Green Supply Chain Service Enterprise Case Set" and promote them.
