Emerging applications such as e-commerce, e-government, and short-term vision have profoundly changed the production and lifestyle of hundreds of millions of people. The innovative development of the industrial Internet has formed a "China plan", We will vigorously promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, achieve "broadband access in every village" in administrative villages across the country for the first time in history, actively promote the transformation of aging and information accessibility, bridge the digital divide, and make important contributions to China's fight against the epidemic.

Zhang Yunming stressed that BRICs countries should strengthen cooperation in digital economy and other fields, work together to promote economic recovery, promote digital transformation and high-quality development. First, strengthen exchanges and cooperation and lay a solid foundation for development. We should make good use of the working mechanism of the digital BRICs task force and strengthen dialogue and exchanges in the fields of digital connectivity and digital innovation. Second, we should strengthen innovation and expand the digital economy. We will strengthen collaborative innovation between industry, University, research and application among BRICs countries, and explore and cultivate typical application scenarios and solutions for industrial digital transformation. Third, strengthen multilateral governance and create a good ecology. This forum is an important part of the BRICs "year of China" series of meetings and activities.
