南京理工大学将国家863计划《洁净化工生产技术—化工白泥尾渣资源开发利用2003AA322010》科技成果与浙江中劲环保科技有限公司进行产、学、研、用全面合作。开发出“人造新型功能硅酸盐陶粒制备技术”,并形成年产10万吨生产线,具有自主知识产权。目前陶粒已在绿色建筑、人工湿地等领域开展应用。该项目采用水热合成工艺,不同于烧结陶粒和常温免烧陶粒,它是一项改变固废利用途径和创新混凝土技术体系的重要技术。陶粒具有优良的力学性能与耐候性能,技术指标优于T/CECS10113-2020和GB/T17431.1 -2010。采用体积替换法取代石子和砂,可以配置密度1600~2100kg/m3,强度等级为 LC30~LC80系列轻骨料混凝土。陶粒能够显著提升混凝土的综合性能,未来将成为混凝土重要的第七组分,在高强混凝土、超高泵送混凝土、自密实混凝土、自养护混凝土、自防水混凝土、高抗裂混凝土、钢管混凝土等方面具有广阔的应用前景。该项目受理国家发明专利19项,授权6项,发表SCI/EI/北大中文核心论文9篇。

该成果在浙江宁波、福建福鼎建有二个工程示范基地,年消耗炉渣8万吨,利用玄武岩研磨泥26万吨。实现年产值7000万元,利税1000万元,有明显的社会效益、经济效益。产业化成果得到CCTV-2的报导。该产业化技术针对金砖国家矿山尾矿资源化利用具有重要的推广价值。

六、项目简介(英文)

Nanjing University of Science and Technology have carried out comprehensive cooperation in production, learning, research and application with Zhejiang Zhongjin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. based on the scientific and technological achievements of the National 863 Plan "clean chemical production technology - development and utilization of chemical white mud tailings resources2003AA322010 ". It has developed the "artificial new functional silicate ceramsite preparation technology" and formed a production line with an annual output of 100000 tons, with independent intellectual property rights. At present, the artificial new functional silicate ceramsite has been applied in the fields of green buildings and artificial wetlands. The project adopts hydrothermal synthesis process, which is different from sintered ceramsite and cold-bonding ceramsite. It is an important technology that changes the utilization of solid wastes and innovates the concrete technology system. Functional silicate ceramsite has excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance, and its technical indicators are better than T/CECS10113-2020 and GB/T17431.1 -2010. The volume replacement method is adopted to replace the stone and sand, and the lightweight aggregate concrete with density of 1600~2100Kg/m3 and strength grade of LC30~LC80 series can be configured. Ceramsite can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of concrete and will become an important seventh component of concrete in the future. It has broad application prospects in high-strength concrete, ultra-high pumping concrete, self-compacting concrete, self-curing concrete, self -waterproof concrete, high crack resistance concrete, steel tube concrete and other aspects. The project accepted 19 national invention patents, authorized 6, and published 9 SCI/EI/ Peking University Chinese core papers.

This achievement has two engineering demonstration bases in Ningbo, Zhejiang and Fuding, Fujian, with an annual consumption of 80000 tons of slag and 260000 tons of basalt grinding mud. The annual output value is 70 million yuan, and the profit and tax are 10 million yuan, which has obvious social and economic benefits. The industrialization results were reported by CCTV-2.This industrialization technology has important promotion value for the resource utilization of mine tailings in BRICs countries.
