我国年产废旧航铝材60万吨,降级利用于低端变形或铸造的铝合金,资源价值极大浪费。与此同时,我国航铝材受制于国外。项目以废旧航铝材为原料,全球首创绿色再生航空铝合金,实现了航铝原级再造,建立了自主知识产权和标准体系的再生航空铝合金。项目历时十二年,突破了废旧航铝材精细化分选、绿色熔炼、熔体深度净化、航铝型材加工等关键技术并产业化,产品应用于中航工业、中国商飞、波音、空客等,打破了发达国家的封锁,引领了世界再生航空铝合金的发展。项目获日本专利1件、美国专利3件、中国发明专利77件、实用新型28件、软著权1项;申请PCT2件、美欧加巴专利7件;主/参编国标30项、国军标1项、行标14项;出版专著5部;被中国有色协会评价为“国际领先”,获2018年国家技术发明二等奖、2020年中国有色发明一等奖、2020年中国专利银奖、2020年全国有色标委标准一等奖、2016年中国有色科技一等奖等。

六、项目简介(英文)

In China, there are 600,000 tons of waste aviation aluminum materials each year. Most of them are utilized as low-end deformed or cast aluminum alloy, which wastes their resource value. Meanwhile, China's aviation aluminum materials are restricted by foreign countries. In this project, the waste aviation aluminum materials were treated as raw materials to manufacture recycled aviation aluminum alloy in a green way for the first time. Waste aviation aluminum alloy was recycled into the original aviation aluminum alloy. The recycled aviation aluminum alloy technology was established with independent intellectual property and standard system. Over the last 12 years, the key technologies on recycled aviation aluminum alloy were broken through and industrialized in our project, including fine separation, green melting, melt deep purification and aviation aluminum materials processing. The products were applied in AVIC, COMAC, Boeing and Airbus etc. The project broke the blockade of developed countries on aviation aluminum alloy and led the development of recycled aviation aluminum alloy in the world. The project had won 1 Japanese patent, 3 American patents, 77 Chinese invention patents, 28 utility model patents and 1 software copyright soft copyright. The project had applied for 2 PCT patents and 7 US, European, Canada and Brazil patents. As chief or a key editor, we had participated in the compilation of 30 national standards, 1 national military standard and 14 industrial standards. The project had published 5 monographs. In addition, the project was rated as ‘international leading level’ by China Nonferrous Metals Association, and won the second prize of National Technological Invention in 2018, the first prize of China Nonferrous Invention in 2020, the silver Prize of China Patent in 2020, the first prize of National Nonferrous Metals Standards Committee in 2020, and the first prize of China Nonferrous Science and Technology in 2016.

八、金砖元素

项目积极推动与金砖及“金砖+”国家的合作。在泰国正在建立大正再生金属工业园区,一期(2018-2020年)5500亩,二期(2021-2023年)5500亩,预计五年内形成16-20亿美元规模。在马来西亚建立了年产60万吨再生铝产业,为国内提供了优质的再生铝原料。正与巴西洽谈建立再生航铝材生产基地等。
