在国家推动能源革命、实现双碳目标的背景下,行业为构建现代化煤炭经济体系,提出了绿色低碳和煤矿智能化的发展要求。目前全球矿山装备特别是大型露天矿用自卸卡车均使用柴油动力系统,污染大、油耗高,大型矿卡电动化一直是行业努力的方向,由于大型矿卡重载、工况恶劣且长时间作业的实际需求,纯电动矿卡存在续驶里程短、充电时间长、电池体积大重量重等弊端,无法满足大型矿卡的使用需求。项目开展氢燃料电池矿用自卸卡车研发,并在以氢能为动力架构的新车型中实现无人驾驶,对氢燃料电池系统及整车部署、绿氢燃料供应链和无人驾驶解决方案进行顶层规划。团队对单堆高功率、安全性策略、整装系统最优化、能量分配策略、新型制氢、无人驾驶算法等技术难点重点突破,建立装备制造、燃料电池各子系统、绿氢制备运输供应加注、无人驾驶系统软硬件产业线,构建煤矿专用氢燃料动力平台和各类软硬件开发平台。配套金属双极板燃料电池电堆单堆功率最大、功率密度最高,且氢电-锂电组合功率最大,实现国内最大的氢能源无人驾驶矿用自卸卡车,建立首套面向露天矿区的绿氢供应链,对现有加注平台进行改制,最终建成常态化的氢燃料电池无人驾驶自卸车生产示范矿区,助力绿氢规模经济。

六、项目简介(英文)

Under the background of the national energy revolution and the realization of the double carbon target, the industry has put forward the development requirements of green low-carbon and intelligent coal mine in order to build a modern coal economic system. At present, the global mining equipment, especially the dump trucks used in large open-pit mines, all use diesel power system, which has great pollution and high fuel consumption. The electrification of large mining dump trucks has always been the direction of the industry efforts. Due to the practical needs of heavy load, bad working condition and long time operation of large mining trucks, pure electric mining dump trucks have disadvantages such as short driving range, long charging time, large battery size and heavy weight, which can not meet the use needs of large mining dump trucks. The project carried out research and development of hydrogen fuel cell mining dump trucks, and realized unmanned driving in the new models with hydrogen energy as the power architecture. The project carried out top-level planning for hydrogen fuel cell system and vehicle deployment, green hydrogen fuel supply chain and unmanned driving solutions. The team made key breakthroughs in technical difficulties such as high power of single storage, safety strategy, optimization of assembly system, energy distribution strategy, new hydrogen production and unmanned driving algorithm, established equipment manufacturing, fuel cell subsystems, green hydrogen production transportation supply refueling, unmanned driving system hardware and software industry lines, built a special hydrogen fuel power platform for coal mine and various software and hardware development platforms. The supporting metal bipolar plate fuel cell stack has the largest single power and the highest power density, and the combined power of hydrogen and lithium is the largest, so as to realize the largest hydrogen energy unmanned mining dump truck in China. It can establish the first set of green hydrogen supply chain for open-pit mining area, reform the existing refueling platform, and finally build a normalized hydrogen fuel cell unmanned dump truck production demonstration mining area, helping green hydrogen scale economy.

此项目将绿氢作为露天矿卡的能源动力,通过生产过程的低碳化、无碳化,促进尽快达成国家战略,为世界气候和地球命运做出自己的贡献。氢燃料电池的元部件考虑采用金砖合作国工厂的产品,进而产业化整套系统,并把氢燃料电池智能矿用自卸车优先出口到金砖国家。
