为解决“白色污染”所造成的环境污染问题，本项目对废弃PET进行回收、预处理及深加工，最终得到高性能化、高功能化、高附加值化的再生PET（rPET）粒子及其高端功能改性材料。本项目将区块链、云计算、大数据等数字化技术与先进材料回收技术相结合，帮助治理塑料污染问题，提高资源利用效率，更进一步加快实现双碳目标，打造资源回收与再利用产业示范基地。本项目采用绿色分拣-清洗、反应挤出、纳米改性技术制备高性能化、多功能化的高品质rPET功能材料，可应用于纺丝、汽车等领域。本项目采用低碳、无污染技术，在高效量产的同时明显减少碳排放甚至实现碳中和。本项目开发的产品性能稳定、功能多样、附加值高，部分产品已经实现“零碳”排放。未来5年，本项目预计将回收处理废旧塑料约3万多吨，产出绿色高质功能材料3.75万吨，与原生料比减少碳排放10.6万吨。本项目采用创新的“工业麦当劳模式”率先在宁波打造智能制造样板工厂，建立高性能工程塑料解决方案。样板工厂正常运行后，在全国及全球范围内复制成功模式。本项目开发的rPET产品已经销往印度并得到认可，未来将持续扩大绿色低碳产品、技术及服务输出，为金砖国家的合作深化贡献力量。

六、项目简介（英文）

To solve the problem of environmental pollution resulted from the white pollution, this project recycles, pretreats and deeply processes the waste PET. The recycled PET pellets and its function modified materials with high performance, high function and high value can be achieved. The combination of digital technology, such as blockchain，cloudcomputing，bigdata, and advanced material recycle technology helps to solve the problem of plastic pollution, improve the efficiency of resource utilizing, accelerate the realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and build an industrial demonstration base for resource recovery and reuse. Thegreensorting-cleaningsolutions, reactive extrusion and nano-modification technology are developed to prepare high quality rPET functional materials with high performance and multifunction that can be applied in spinning and automotive areas, etc. This project adopts low-carbon, pollution-free technology, which significantly reduces the carbon emission or achieve carbon neutrality. The products developed by this project possesses stable performance, multifunction, high-added-value. Part of them have achieved carbon neutral. In the next five years, this project will recycle about 30 thousand tons waste plastic, yield 37.5 thousand tons green high-value functional materials, which reduces by 106 thousand tons carbon emission compared to that of raw materials. The new “Industrial McDonald’s” business model is adopted by this project. The intelligent manufacturing model factory are firstly built in Ningbo. The system solutions of high-performance engineering plastics are established. When the model factory is set up, the successful mode can be copied nationwide or worldwide. The rPET products of this project has been sold to India. The export of products, technology, service and business model will keep expanding, which makes contributions to deep cooperation between BRICS.

公司致力于与金砖成员国印度等国家的世界500强客户建立长期战略性合作关系。今年上年半，已向印度客户Ester Industries Limited寄送100%rPET样品，因项目产品具有绿色低碳环保、优秀的机械强度、黏度等性能，得到印度客户的初步认可，该客户下一阶段将陆续批量下订单，以延伸本项目产品绿色低碳rPET塑料下游产业链，满足国际大客户对于功能化低碳环保再生PET的需求，从而实现低碳循环系列工程塑料价值链的提升。
