五、项目简介(中文)

为应对气候变化,众多国家作出碳中和承诺,积极寻找绿色低碳发展路径。能源消费是最大的碳排放来源,而煤电又是能源消费碳排放最大来源。因此,减少燃煤机组CO2排放是实现碳中和目标的关键。

参赛作品旨在改变传统高碳排放燃煤发电方式,创新燃料来源,探索运用绿色清洁零碳氨燃料替代一定比例煤炭,实现大幅削减CO2排放目的,为燃煤机组提供一种源头减碳解决方案。该作品取得原创性突破成果,开发出燃煤锅炉混氨燃烧低碳技术,利用多点混入式富燃射流技术,研制出大比例氨煤混燃低氮燃烧器,可协同调节炉内不同氨气喷入方式与比例,于世界首次实现最大尺度最高混氨比例35%的混氨燃烧工业验证。

目前,已申请专利11项,其中已授权6项;发表论文1项。经中国电机工程学会与中国石油和化学工业联合会评审,该技术在40MWth燃煤锅炉实现混氨比例35%属世界首次,达到国际领先水平,为燃煤机组实现CO2减排提供了可行性技术发展方向,对实现双碳战略目标有重大促进作用。2022年1月被中央电视台等多家媒体报道。

该技术可实现绿氨与燃煤的有机结合,以优势互补的视角,可协同解决可再生能源储能消纳与保有传统存量燃煤机组的双重难题。该产品契合金砖国家之间能源低碳合作原则,具备合作推广潜力。

六、项目简介(英文)

In response to climate change, many countries have made carbon neutral commitments and actively sought a green and low-carbon development path. Energy consumption is the largest source of carbon emissions, and coal-fired power is the largest source of carbon emissions from energy consumption. Therefore, reducing CO2 emissions from coal-fired units is the key to achieving carbon neutrality.

The purpose of the entries is to change the traditional high carbon emission coal-fired power generation mode, innovate the fuel source, explore the use of green and clean zero carbon ammonia fuel to replace a certain proportion of coal, achieve the goal of significantly reducing CO2 emissions, and provide a source carbon reduction solution for coal-fired units. This work has made original breakthrough achievements, developed the low-carbon technology of mixed ammonia combustion in coal-fired boilers, and developed a large-scale ammonia coal mixed combustion low-nitrogen burner by using the multi-point mixed combustion jet technology, which can coordinate the different ammonia injection modes and proportions in the furnace, and achieved the industrial verification of mixed ammonia combustion with the largest scale and the highest mixed ammonia ratio of 35% for the first time in the world.

At present, 11 patents have been applied for this product, of which 6 have been authorized; One paper was published. According to the review of China Society of electrical engineering and China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, this technology is the first time in the world to achieve 35% mixed ammonia ratio in 40MWth coal-fired boiler, reaching the international leading level. It provides a feasible technical development direction for coal-fired units to achieve CO2 emission reduction, and plays a significant role in promoting the realization of double carbon strategic goals. In January 2022, it was reported by CCTV and other media.

This technology can realize the organic combination of green ammonia and coal. From the perspective of complementary advantages, it can solve the dual problems of energy storage and consumption of renewable energy and the maintenance of traditional coal-fired units. This product conforms to the principle of low-carbon energy cooperation among BRICS countries and has the potential for cooperation and promotion.
