氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)是是一种综合性能优良的高分子材料,是利用PVC和氯气合成的新材料,是破解国内氯碱发展不平衡、氯产品附加值低,聚氯乙烯产能过剩,同质化严重的三大发展难题的不二之选。
CPVC材料广泛应用于工业、民用、消防等领域,应用前景广阔。目前国内CPVC合成主流工艺是水相法,但该工艺能耗,水耗高,会产生大量废水。气固相法合成CPVC是国际上公认的绿色技术,工艺流程短,过程清洁无废水排放、生产成本低等优点,已成为行业关注的焦点。但目前世界上只有法国阿克玛实
现了气固相法CPVC树脂产业化,国内杭电化和江苏理文均是引进的阿克玛技术。
新疆天业联合清华大学、山东高信化学有限公司,建立实验室-小试-中试-工业化示范装置创新平台,创造性的利用过程解耦思想开发出全球首套分置式气固相法循环流化床,利用国产紫外灯引发活化方式攻克了气固相法撤热难、物料易返混,氯化不均匀的难题。这一具有完全自主知识产权的技术突破填补了国内绿色氯化高聚物工艺空白,为全国氯碱行业的高质量发展创造了示范。
项目建成了全球首套单套产能为2万吨/年的气固相法生产装置,产品已销往山东、江苏、重庆等地,受到下游客户的一致好评。
六、项目简介(英文)
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) is a kind of polymer material with excellent comprehensive properties. It is a new material synthesized from PVC and chlorine gas. It can solve the imbalance of chlor-alkali development in China and the low added value of chlorine products, the polyvinyl chloride of the three development problems of excess capacity and severe homogeneity.
The application prospect of CPVC is broad. It is widely used in industry, civil, fire and other fields. At present, the main synthesis process of CPVC is aqueous phase method in China, but this process has high energy and water consumption and will produce a lot of wastewater. Gas-solid synthesis of CPVC is an internationally recognized green technology, with short process flow, clean process without wastewater discharge, low production costs, etc. . But at present, only France has realized the industrialization of CPVC resin by gas-solid phase method. Both Hangzhou electrochemical Group Co. , Ltd and Jiangsu Le&Man Chemical import technology from AKMA .
Xinjiang Tianye United Tsinghua University and Shandong Gaoxin Chemical Co. , Ltd. to set up a laboratory-pilot-pilot-industrial demonstration device innovation platform, the world's first separate gas-solid circulating fluidized bed (Cfb) was creatively developed by process decoupling, and the difficulty of heat removal and easy mixing of materials were overcome by the activation method of domestic ultraviolet lamp, the problem of uneven chlorination. This technological breakthrough with independent intellectual property rights fills the gap of domestic green chlorinated polymers process, and creates a model for the high-quality development of chlor-alkali industry in China.
The project has completed the first set of gas-solid production capacity of 20,000 tons per year around the word. The products have been sold to Shandong, Jiangsu, Chongqing and other places, and they have been highly praised by downstream customers.
