锂浆储能电池是项目团队拥有自主知识产权的新型储能专用电池技术,适合放电时长4小时以上的容量型储能应用,包括光伏+储能、风电+储能和削峰填谷等电力储能场景。锂浆储能电池的全部或部分电极由浆料态的储锂活性物质、导电剂和电解液构成,具有超厚电极和可维护再生的两大显著技术特征。通过半开放体系结构和安全剂注入技术实现电池的本质安全,杜绝电化学储能安全事故;通过超厚浆料电极短程制备技术和在线维护再生技术降低全生命周期度电成本(比现有的磷酸铁锂电池降低50%);通过发展生命周期内无杂元素污染的材料体系和关键材料的修复再生技术,在绿色回收、降低环境负荷的同时大幅提升电池回收残值。因此,锂浆储能电池解决了目前电力储能面临的三大痛点问题(成本、安全、回收),储能应用前景广阔。项目团队在技术研发初期就坚持以市场应用为导向,针对容量型长时储能市场需求布局锂浆电池技术的市场应用,为未来的市场推广奠定了良好基础。此外,锂浆储能电池的部分下游产品也完成了第三方测试和客户使用,效果良好。
六、项目简介(英文)
Lithium slurry battery is a new type battery technology for energy storage with independent intellectual property rights. It is suitable for capacity-type energy storage applications with discharge duration of more than 4 hours, including photovoltaic + energy storage, wind power + energy storage and peak load shifting.All or part of the electrodes of the lithium slurry battery are composed of slurry-state lithium storage active material, conductive agent and electrolyte. It has two significant technical characteristics which are ultra-thick slurry electrode and maintainable regeneration.The intrinsic safety of the battery is realized through the semi-open architecture and the safety agent injection technology, where the electrochemical energy storage safety accident is eliminated; The energy consumption cost of the full life cycle is reduced (50% lower than the existing lithium iron phosphate battery) through the short-range preparation technology of ultra-thick slurry electrode and on-line maintenance and regeneration technology;The residual value of battery recovery can be greatly improved while reducing the environmental load through the development of the material system free of impurity element pollution in the life cycle and the repair and regeneration technology of key materials.Therefore, the lithium slurry battery has solved the three major pain points (cost, safety and recovery) faced by the application of electric energy storage battery at present, thus the application prospect of energy storage is broad.At the early stage of technology research and development, the project team insisted on taking market application as the guide, and planned the market application of lithium slurry battery technology according to the market demand of capacity type long-term energy storage, laying a good foundation for future market promotion.In addition, some downstream products of lithium slurry energy storage battery have also been tested by the third party and used by customers, with good results.

八、金砖项目团队与金砖及“金砖+”国家在储能领域积极开展合作,共同推进高安全、低成本、易回收的储能专用电池技术发展。项目团队负责人是世界银行中国储能基金项目技术专家组组长,牵头推进了世界银行在中国的储能基金项目投资,并参与南非储能项目建设的评审。此外,项目团队负责人及技术总监是世界银行储能伙伴关系(ESP)电池回收再利用工作组成员(WG7),参与了世界银行关于在南非、印度等金砖国家开展电池梯次利用、回收再利用等项目布局的可行性论证,并撰写了相关报告,共同推进可再生储能技术的推广工作和储能产业的绿色可持续发展。
