“电气化、氢能化、去油化”是碳中和背景下世界能源转型的趋势。风电、光伏成本的下降,使得可再生氢气成为可能。但是,氢气的储运问题一直难以破局,限制了产业的发展与转型。

氢气可以便捷的转化为甲醇这类含氢量高的液体,并且甲醇的储存、运输体系已在全球成熟,有着完备的管控措施、能够和汽柴油储运体系兼容。用户用氢而不见氢,将“用氢气”转变为“用氢能”。将氢能的使用范畴从汽车拓宽到分布式发电,替代柴油机在备用电源以及离网主供电源方面的市场,服务于建筑用电、工业用电、通讯用电等广阔的领域。

系统能量转化效率高。能够实现40.8%以上的转换效率。相比于传统的汽柴油机有着显著优势。由于基建成本低、市售甲醇价格低,系统单位电价不超过1.2元/kW,是汽柴油的一半甚至更低,在电网调峰、应急发电领域优势显著。甲醇的安全等级和汽油相当,制氢原料是甲醇与水混合物,安全性更佳。作为大宗商品,甲醇储运产业链已成规模化,无需花费额外的资金建设压缩氢气或液态氢气储运系统。计及生命周期,甲醇度电碳排放(0.53 kg)是汽油(1.26 kg)、柴油(0.95 kg)发电的一半,比全生命周期的锂电池(0.84 kg)和天然气(0.72 kg)还要低。

六、项目简介(英文)

Electrification, hydrogen power and de-oiling are the trends of world energy transformation, especially under a carbon-neutral background. Renewable hydrogen energy becomes possible as wind power and photovoltaic costs decrease. However, the problem of hydrogen storage and transportation has been a difficult problem for a long time, restricting the development of hydrogen energy and electrification. However, there is a feasible way to store and transport hydrogen energy. As hydrogen gas can be converted into a liquid with high hydrogen content, i.e. methanol, we can use methanol to store and transport hydrogen energy.

Methanol storage and transportation system has been mature in the world with complete control measures and can be compatible with the storage and transportation system of gasoline and diesel. Our goal is to expand the use of hydrogen energy from automobiles to distributed power generation, replace the sector of diesel engines in standby power supply and off-grid main power supply, and provide services in the fields of building power, industrial power and communication power. In this way, we can make the clients from using the hydrogen gas directly to using the energy produced by the hydrogen.

Compared with gasoline and diesel engines, hydrogen energy has significant advantages. At first, the system of hydrogen power generation has high energy conversion efficiency, which can reach 40.8% or even more. Secondly, due to the low cost of infrastructure construction and the low market price of methanol, the unit price of the system does not exceed CNY1.2/kW, which is half or even lower than that of gasoline and diesel, making it has significant advantages in the fields of peak-shaving and emergency generation. As it has become a bulk commodity, methanol storage and transportation has become a large-scale industry chain, so it is unnecessary to spend additional funds to build hydrogen compression systems or liquid hydrogen storage and transportation systems. Thirdly, methanol and water have better safety than hydrogen, while methanol has the equivalent safety grade as gasoline. Furthermore, considering the life cycle, the carbon emission of methanol power is 0.53kg/kWh, which is half of the gasoline (1.26 kg/kWh) and diesel (0.95 kg/kWh) and even lower than lithium battery (0.84 kg/kWh) and natural gas (0.72 kg/kWh).

该装置可有效解决由于电网系统覆盖面积有限的印度、巴西等金砖国家的能源供给问题,此前团队与能态科技合作,已与印度的Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.(印度最大电信运营商)、Global Power Source Pte Ltd.(印度)、BASE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED(孟加拉国)、Brwood Technology(马来西亚)等公司达成相关意向,推动该技术在相关国家的示范及商业化推广。
